"A grandma is just an antique little girl"...unknown
I've read that it's actually better NOT to unsubscribe. That let's them know they've reached 'a warm body.' Instead, block them. If your email provider allows that.
I was getting that email, too. I just sent it to Spam without opening it.
And who knows what will happen if you click on unsubscribe. I wouldn't click on that button. It is annoying, like the robocalls I get.
We also rarely answer our landline as it is always from people who want money!
Agree, right to spam. My problem recently is texts to my phone making some kind of suspicious promise and asking me to call a number. No way ... delete!
I just block them. I am leary of "unsubscribe."
I have a bumper crop of those things. I’ll try ‘blocking’ them. Thanks for the tip.
I agree with Arkansas Patti. I send mine to spam folder or I block them. It is very annoying.
I would just delete it without replying.
Toss it into trash. Delete trash. It is a darn fishing lure to get your IP. Never open what seems odd or unfamiliar. Even weird text messages are starting to make rounds to lure people to reply. Nada. BAD idea.Furthermore there are some forwarding scam to avoid. If a text is a warning and says pass it on to friends just delete it fast and no forwarding.
I, too, was advised it’s best to not click on unsubscribe —- just send unread to spam and block if continues. Often when they get no response messages eventually stop is my experience.
I appreciate readers' comments so much. You don't even always have to agree with me.
