I am not hungry. In fact, it feels like I do nothing but chop vegetables and slice apples in the morning and spend the rest of the day noshing on them.
That's not entirely true since I did do a two hour yoga class this morning and I went to a book discussion this afternoon. And while I am not hungry at all, that doesn't mean I don't think about a cookie or a piece of chocolate.
And then there is the "cleansing" action that is kicking in. But that may be TMI.

You chose the perfect stopping point.
ReplyDeleteI had lunch out today and now I have a stomach ache. I think I prefer my usual yogurt, almonds and apple.
ReplyDeleteThanks for keeping us updated on your new eating mode and "cleansing". I hope it really does help you to feel better.
Hah! The cleansing action. I am most impressed with 2 hour yoga class. God Love ya! My yoga class moved across town so I don't have a senior yoga anymore. Bums me out. I tried doing yoga with the 20 somethings and thought I'd die. Boy are they bendy!
ReplyDeleteMargaret--I am in Venice, Florida. Pretty much everything here caters to retired people. I avoid any yoga that has "flow" attached because it moves faster than I want to when doing yoga.
ReplyDeleteWell, you sound better than me. I should follow your lifestyle, diet, and exercise.
ReplyDeleteKeep going. I bet you'll feel great!
ReplyDeleteAhhh, cleansing! This too will pass. Hang in there, Olga, I have great faith in you.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the diet. The older I get the more I prefer veg and fruit to meat and potatoes. But I'm with you on the cheese, bread, and chocolate.
