Frustration

I had a problem with blogger.  My new posts stopped showing up in followers' reading lists.  It took months to straighten this out and I slowly started using the account again.

Now, even worse, my own reader list is filled with blogs from sites I do not follow.  I have not opened  any of the unknown sites but they small previews either don't make any sense or are about viagra.  Seriously annoying.

Does anyone know how to get real help?  I am tearing my hair out.

  1. Wow! No idea how to help. but you should probably find a way to report this offensive spamming to Google.

  2. I had to get anew app for blogger as the old one stopped working. It was a pain as it wasn't free!
But once it did it. I had no more trouble

  3. Sounds like you have been hacked. Maybe a computer geek squad near you? Have you contacted Blogger?

  4. Sorry to learn this is happening. Are you on google +?
I found that to be an issue. I had to reset securirty on all things google.
I also checked to make sure spam filter was active. Wish I could help more.

  5. I have heard of people attaching to abandoned blogs and using their contacts. Check the URL's and see if they don't match a blog you once followed that is no longer active. I had that happen to me and now I try to remove long dormant blogs from my list so no one can steal them. Sad world we live in.

  6. PS When you find out the original blog visa the URL, just delete it from your reading list.

  9. I have a blog friend who found out the problem was coming from her Instagram account, if you have that, she closed hers and the problem went away.
