Oh wow, I'll take the neighbor house! Your recognition of bird species amazes me -- those two look alike to me, other than the color! And -- they both resemble storks! I really need to study up. Peace, Muff
Ahhh, the circumstance that some people have to live under! That poor family is probably several million shy of being able to afford the Gulfsteam. Maybe November will bring some good news in that direction.

ReplyDeletePeace,
Muff
See the little garden shed to the left of the modest cottage? I'd be happy to stay there.

ReplyDeleteContrasts!!! Thought provoking blog you wrote!!!
ReplyDeleteMy husband's father and a couple of his sisters live in Sarasota. I recognize some of our photos. Looks like a pretty day for a visit.
ReplyDeleteLovely pics. Personally, I'll take the the more modest house. It's better to own things than to be owned by them.
ReplyDeleteI like the modest cottage better, although I'm pretty sure the cost to buy it wouldn't be modest in that neighborhood. Beautiful pictures.
ReplyDeleteLove those birds! Blue herons are so beautiful they feel like they ought to be rare.
ReplyDeleteHow nice that you were out and about. It must be quite pleasant where you are now.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures! I've never been to Sarasota so thanks for sharing!
